5. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of attendees and refrain from sharing personal information without their consent. Handle any sensitive information you might come across with the utmost discretion.
6. Safety First: Prioritise the safety of all participants. Familiarise yourself with emergency procedures and promptly report any safety concerns to the appropriate event staff.
7. Attire and Appearance: Adhere to any dress code or attire guidelines provided by the event organisers. Your appearance should reflect professionalism and the nature of the event.
8. Follow Instructions: Comply with instructions provided by event organizers and coordinators. If you have concerns or suggestions, communicate them appropriately and respectfully.
