2. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanour at all times. Represent the event and the organisation with integrity, ensuring that your actions reflect positively on both.

3. Responsibility: Fulfil your assigned tasks and duties to the best of your abilities. Arrive on time, stay for the designated duration, and communicate any scheduling conflicts or issues in advance.

4. Communication: Engage in clear, courteous, and effective communication with attendees, fellow volunteers, and event organisers. Provide accurate information and assistance when needed.

5. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of attendees and refrain from sharing personal information without their consent. Handle any sensitive information you might come across with the utmost discretion.

6. Safety First: Prioritise the safety of all participants. Familiarise yourself with emergency procedures and promptly report any safety concerns to the appropriate event staff.

7. Attire and Appearance: Adhere to any dress code or attire guidelines provided by the event organisers. Your appearance should reflect professionalism and the nature of the event.

8. Follow Instructions: Comply with instructions provided by event organizers and coordinators. If you have concerns or suggestions, communicate them appropriately and respectfully.

9. No Discrimination or Harassment: Do not engage in any form of discrimination, harassment, or unwelcome behaviour. Report any instances of such behaviour to event organisers immediately.

10. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with fellow volunteers, event staff, and participants. Support one another to ensure a cohesive and harmonious event experience.
